2. Contact form

If you use the enquiry form, the details you provide (name, email, optional phone, message) are processed to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Data is transmitted encrypted, received on Cloudflare’s EU-adjacent infrastructure (Worker/R2), delivered by email (Resend) and deleted once handled — after 180 days at the latest.

3. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the form from abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile is used — a data-minimising, cookie-free method that builds no profiles (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Hosting & server logs

This static site is served via Cloudflare Pages. Technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) is briefly processed by Cloudflare for operational security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses is in place with Cloudflare.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no resources from third-party servers — fonts and images are self-hosted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. Complaints: Austrian Data Protection Authority, dsb.gv.at.

If the hotel adopts this website, this policy will be adapted to operation by the house (controller, booking/enquiry processes, processing agreements).
